Cosmic Conquest Update

Update:

• Added Mini-hearts that drop when enemies die. 
• Added a charging animation for the Final Boss.
• Debuffed the Bullet Speed Upgrade, limiting its upgrade to 3 times.
• Debuffed the Missile Enemy's cool down to 6 seconds and the lifetime of the missile to 3 seconds.
• The game now saves at wave 20(Miniboss fight).

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed Game-Breaking Bug.
• Fixed resuming while still in pause menu.
