Cosmic Conquest is a top-down space shooter, your goal being to protect your ship and The Station at all costs. Cosmic Conquest features several enemy types, keeping you on your toes, while allowing you to upgrade your ship, making it formidable to any enemy in your line of fire. All while exploring the hidden story behind the enemies, it's not over just yet.

Controls:

The basic controls are shown in game. They include:

• WASD or arrow keys to move(W/S, up and down arrow keys only work in the final boss fight).
• Space to fire your laser!eeE to open and close upgrades(Can also be accessed via button in game).
• Q and R for special ammunition.
• SP: Skill Points. Used to upgrade different aspects of your ship.
• Enter(In certain parts of the game) to continue.

Developers Note:

Cosmic Conquest is my first ever game! I started learning how to code a few years ago, and decided I want to make a game on Unity! I kept experimenting with 3D, 2D, and a bunch of features Unity had to offer. I ended up creating Cosmic Conquest. It is supposed to be sort of a recreation of those old school arcade games, even though I have added a little extra to the game. Although not a completely original game, It's helped me build a foundation for future projects.
